UX Design/UI Design
Fit4schools is a program through Sanford Health created for teachers to get students more active. Teachers sign in to the FitCommit Sweepstakes to win equipment to get students moving through games and fun activities.
The value of this page is to explain the program and make signing up as easy as possible. The Fit4Schools program has extensive resources such as videos and online materials. Ultimately the sweepstakes was created to get teachers to interact with the program. The task is to present this information for teachers to sign up and use these materials in the classroom.
The first step is to define the user personas and the goals of the project.
Here are a few goals explored
Help me understand the program.
How can we quickly explain the program to users who may not know what the FitCommit Sweepstakes is?
Help me sign up.
How can we gain trust and help users sign up? How can we make this process as easy as possible?
Help me use the program
How can we make Fit4schools materials easy to access?
After that, I evaluated the current materials to ensure the site and materials can live within a system.
Wireframe and Sitemap
I worked with a Content Strategist to implement sections such as Sweepstakes Details and a timeline to add legitimacy to the program. The wireframes focused not only presenting the sweepstakes information but refining the signup form into simple steps that do not overwhelm the user.
